Introduction - About this guide

This guide documents the use of NINA Portal to create, organize, and track dubbing and subtitling production projects. It is intended exclusively for project managers at dubbing studios. Other stakeholders (detectives, authors, sound engineers, artistic directors, etc.) are not covered by this document.

Prerequisites

The following prerequisites are not detailed in this document:

Have an active NINA user account
Have access rights to the NINA Portal application
Act as a project manager in a Workspace
Use the Google Chrome browser
Have a smartphone for two-factor authentication

Definitions

Project: structured set of a video media and its associated deliverables (subtitles, detections, adaptations).
Project card: visual representation of a project in the NINA Portal interface.
.xntp: encrypted file of a NINA Tools Project, exported from NINA Portal.
