v1.2 - May 2026
This version lays the groundwork for company-level licence and workstation
management, and introduces a pay-as-you-go licence for Talents.
New features
Company licence
A new licence type now applies at the company level rather than to
individual members only. Without this licence, company members cannot
access NINA Portal. It centralizes access control across the organization.
Workstation management
From a company profile, you can define workstations and assign a licence
to each one. This allows access rights to be tied directly to a
workstation, independently of the logged-in user.
Pay-as-you-go licence for talents
A new licence type is available for talents: the pay-as-you-go licence. With this model, users are billed only on the projects they are working on, with no fixed commitment.
v1.1 - April 2026
This version introduces full licence management in NINA Partners,
company-level default settings, and direct links to other NINA
applications.
New features
Company licence management
From a company profile, you can assign a licence to a member, a customer,
or a stakeholder. Access management is centralized in the same place as
all other company information.
Licence overview on your account
Your account now displays two separate lists: your individual licences
on one side, and licences assigned to you by companies on the other.
You get a clear overview of all your active access rights at a glance.
Default region for asset upload
From a company's settings, you can define a default region applied
automatically to every asset upload. This removes the need to manually
reselect the region each operation.
Links to NINA applications
New menus appear in NINA Partners with direct links to NINA Portal,
NINA Store, and the Helpdesk. Navigate between tools without having
to look up URLs.
