NINA Portal gives you more flexibility and control when working on projects. You can now involve multiple assignees, control when projects can be edited, move projects between Workspaces, and track project activity in one place.
New features
Multiple Project Assignees
A project can now be assigned to multiple users, with a specific Role for each assignee. This makes it easier to organize the activity when several users work on the same project.
Edit and View Modes for NINA Tools
NINA Tools now open in View Mode by default. To edit a project, you can select Get the project for editing. When you finish working, select Release the project so the project is available for editing again.
Project Transfer between Workspaces
You can now transfer a project from one Workspace to another. This makes it easier to organize projects and move them between different Workspaces when needed.
Project Activity History
NINA Portal now records activity performed on projects. You can track updates to properties and assignees, imports and exports, and tools opened from the project, giving you a clear history of what has been done.
Improvements
Encoding quality during media processing has been optimized to improve the quality of processed media.

NINA Portal gives you more control over where projects are processed and how you work with previous Dubbing Versions. Projects can now be moved between Regions, while previous versions remain available for viewing or restoration.

NINA Portal now keeps previous Dubbing Versions. You can view the history of Dubbing Versions, open a previous version in NINA Tools in View Mode, or restore a previous version when needed.

When uploading an asset, you can now choose the associated region. This
optimizes streaming quality in NINA tools based on the target geographic
area.
Asset watermark
When uploading an asset, you can define a watermark applied to the file. Useful for protecting content during review or sharing phases.

This version lays the foundations of NINA Portal: multi-Workspace support,
licence-based permissions, enriched project properties, and advanced search.
New features
Access to multiple Workspaces
You can now work across multiple Workspaces from a single account: your
personal Workspace and the Workspaces of the companies you belong to.
Permissions for each Workspace are managed in NINA Partners.
Links to NINA applications
New menus appear in NINA Portal with direct links to NINA Partners,
NINA Store, and the Helpdesk. Navigate between tools without having to
look up URLs.
Licence-based permissions
The permissions that control access to features are now determined by
licences. Rights management is consistent with the configuration set up
in NINA Partners.
Advanced search
Project search now takes all available properties into account. You can
filter with precision, even across a large number of projects.
Improvements
Projects now have new properties: customer, program name, format (single
or series), season number, episode number, episode name, and media
language. These fields make it easier to qualify and find your projects.
